Our Lehi location is conveniently down the street from Curaleaf at Thanksgiving Point. We generally certify your card for a full 12 months. We’ll also cover your EVS fee when you renew your med card on time.

Virtual Appts (For Returning Patients Only)
Renewals for returning patients are available via Telehealth (aka virtual appts). We’ve lowered prices every year for our returning patients. It’s part of our commitment to access for all medical cannabis patients in Utah, far and wide.
